From June 1, 2026, regular passenger ferry services between Montenegro and Croatia have been reinstated, allowing travelers to journey by sea between Dubrovnik, Kotor and Budva.
The renewed maritime connection represents an important step in linking the major tourist destinations of the southern Adriatic, offering a faster and more comfortable alternative to road travel, especially during the busy summer season when border crossings are often congested.
Travelers can choose between two routes – Dubrovnik–Kotor–Dubrovnik and Budva–Dubrovnik–Budva – operating according to the published sailing schedule.

From June 1 to June 28 and from September 7 to September 30:

From June 29 to September 6:
- Monday, Wednesday and Saturday

Important Information for Passengers
Passengers should note that check-in closes 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may be denied boarding even if the vessel has not yet left the port.
Passengers purchasing tickets at the port rather than online are advised to arrive at least 60 minutes before departure.
The reinstatement of these routes will further strengthen tourism connections between Montenegro and Croatia, providing both visitors and local residents with an easier way to travel between Dubrovnik, Kotor and Budva while enjoying a unique Adriatic and Bay of Kotor sailing experience.
